if you understand how to use it, you will get the best out of it. First I ended up almost squeezing it and locking inside my ears (LOL). The trick is you need to just establish the correct positioning with the ear tips, i.e. insert it a bit deeper later lightly pull back don't fully pull out. Keep playing music while you are doing so when you hear the best output from the ear tips while positioning the ear tips - that the spot(wink).

I don't see any use case for these, I ordered the Medium size and their outer flange is a bit bigger than the Large on a normal eartip. They don't provide that good of a seal and are bit uncomfortable to use.
I literally don't see any usecase for these, the only thing going for it in my scenario is that Moondrop Spaceship has abnormal size of tube and also go in very deep, so somehow it works with them, I believe it is just a makeshift for me till I get a better suiting eartip for that pair.
Otherwise, based on the meaurements given I feel the Small size may hold some potential, but sadly that is not available.
Final Verdict, go for CP100 or CP145 much better for any scenario.
