The Shanling M7 features a fully balanced 4-channel amplifier circuit based on Shanling's OP+BUF architecture. ADI ADA4896-2 amplifiers in a highly optimised I/V conversion stage, carefully matched with each resistor and capacitor for the ultimate performance, designed for superior sound quality with zero unwanted noise thanks to the in-house developed I/V stage. With 0.01% accuracy and stability, thin-film resistors (TFR) represent an integral part of M7's design. Panasonic tantalum-polymer capacitors are highly accurate, less sensitive to temperature variations, and highly dependable for long-term use, providing device stability while delivering outstanding audio performance.
CPAF TECHNOLOGY FUSED WITH DUAL-CHANNEL J-FET OPAMP AND JAPANESE KDS CRYSTAL OSCILLATORS TO DELIVER PRISTINE AUDIO PERFORMANCE
To solve the group delay issue of traditional low-pass filtering, their engineers designed a new audio circuit, utilising the CPAF technology - Constant phase in all frequencies with MUSES8920. Two Japanese KDS active crystal oscillators improved Shanling's algorithm providing better accuracy and enhanced performance when decoding PCM or DSD data, up to 32bit/768kHz and DSD512. To provide jitter-free and consistent performance, the engineers incorporated four top-grade ELNA Slimic 2 capacitors in the M7's audio circuit.
