In case you receive the LYPERTEK - PurePlay Z3 (2.0) (Unboxed) with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. How can you call Pre-owned as Open Box?

Extremely shocked that with all the great branding HeadPhone Zone has been able to create for yourself, you would try to pass on used/pre-owned pair of earbuds as Open Box. The earbuds received by me are working well all right, but the wear and tear esp on the box very clearly establishes the earbuds as Pre-owned/ used. However the listing had claimed these earbuds as “Open Box”, the well accepted definition of which would mean that the product is *not* a used one but a display one or returned one causing it to be out of original sealed packing!

Dissappointment has a new name - Lypertek

With the support Headphonezone has shown in These buds, I was sure I'll be very satisfied with the product. But these are a nightmare for multi device users.

Connectivity is where they fail miserably. I have had multiple Bluetooth and WIreless headsets (Headphones and TWS) from Samsung, Razer, and Oneplus. These are the first to have the following problems:

1. Switch device
You cannot switch to a different device before disconnecting from the first.

2. Short Range
They have the shortest range of all the devices I have had.

3. Reconnect after coming in range
This was insane. The first time I owned a TWS where if I go out of range and come back in range, I now have to manually disconnect them and then connect them again for them to work. What non sense. All others just resume playing back once you are in range again. These do not.

4. Citrix
Headphonezone recommended these for WFH. I haven't been able to make their mic work with Citrix. Just could not.

5. Hissing sound/whitenoise
What's with the white noise while nothing is playing. It's driving me nuts.

6. Comfort
And they are not comfortable to top it all off.
