In case you receive the iFi Audio - ZEN Air Blue with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. The iFi Audio ZEN Air Blue is engineered to offer performance that is pristine and to enable this, the team at iFi Audio have embedded it with high-quality components. The ZEN Air Blue’s high-performance circuitry delivers smooth, detailed and dynamic sound. The ZEN Air Blue features an ESS Sabre Hypertstream DAC chip with time-domain jitter eliminator, discrete oscillator and 112dB dynamic range working in conjunction with the Qualcomm QCC5100 chip for high-quality audio. An advantage of the ESS Sabre DAC chip is its Hyperstream architecture with integrated Time Domain Jitter Eliminator, which delivers vanishingly low distortion and a high dynamic range. EASY TO PAIR AND OFFERS ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONALITY FOR EFFORTLESS OPERATION

iFi Audio ZEN Air Blue is designed to offer easy connectivity with an effortless pairing process. To enable this, the ZEN Air Blue blinks after powering on as it searches for a previously paired device. When a stored device is not found, it automatically enters pairing mode with the LED blinking blue and red. You can also enter pairing mode manually by pressing and holding the pairing button on the front panel until the LED blinks. ZEN Air Blue can store up to 8 previously paired Bluetooth devices. ZEN Air Blue also offers a Voice announcement feature that can be turned on or off easily.

EXPERTLY BUILT WITH INDICATIVE LED LIGHT AND SINGLE-ENDED RCA FOR OUTPUT

iFi Audio ZEN Air Blue comes equipped with a powerful LED that lights up the iFi logo on the front panel. This LED light is RGB enabled and doubles as an indicator light to display the file format of the played file. The specific colour of the LED are as follows - SBC Off, AAC Yellow, aptX Blue, aptX HD Magenta, aptX Adaptive Green, aptX LL Red, LDAC Cyan and LHDC/HWA White. Along with the format LED light, you also get a Sample Rate LED that lights up Blue when 44/48 kHz are being played and lights up White when 88/96 kHz sample rate is played. Lastly, for connecting your devices to the ZEN Air Blue - it comes with Single-Ended RCA output on the rear panel.

New Life to Old Music System

First a big thank you to Headphone Zone for delivering the product in record time (by next day).
As we are constantly evolving from LP to cassette to cd to mp3 to streaming, with these kind of devises our old wonderful sounding hi-fi, home theater get a new lease of life.
Since iFi Audio Zen Air Blue supports nearly all Bluetooth codes, it's future proof. Though there are cheaper alternatives (I tried) no match.
And regarding sound you have to listen to believe. It's simply fantastic. The sound stage is neutral. Separation of each instrument is clear and well spaced. Only downside it doesn't come with power adopter.(as per the trend)
It is a must buy.
