In case you receive the iFi Audio - GO Link with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. The iFi Audio Go Link, I have to say that it is an impressive little dongle for the price. It is not balanced, and it is not the most powerful DAC and Amp on the market, but it more than makes up for it with an immersive music-listening experience.

The iFi Go Link is a steal, a stellar piece of gear that delivers a truly high-res audio experience at a knockout price. Supports most of the high-res audio formats, including MQA.
As far as the iFi Go Link, I have to say that it is an impressive little dongle for the price. Great sound quality, Good for IEMs easy to drive, Good for casual listeners, Very lightweight, Extremely portable.
The Go link is a decent sounding dongle DAC without competition, simply because there is no other device that combines sound, build, and accessories at this price.
At the end of the day, if you mainly use IEMs, and if you don’t have a headphone output on your smartphone or laptop, and if you fancy a thick, bass heavy signature, iFi Go Link is a great option at its current price point. 
For what it is, the Go Link is a neat little device. With the Go Link, getting that clean resolution is easy and more affordable than ever before. Clean and accurate representation of sound.
From a cost perspective, this is definitely one of the top options below $100 right now and a very competent performer with the right pair of headphones or IEMs.

Husaing and cracking noise along with heating problem

Constant hissing and cracking noise along with devise getting hot. Planning to return for verification . I would love to keep it but couldn't . Audio quality alone is amazing but noise killing the quality. Hope it is because of a diffective item i received. My primary use is with mobile phone . Was very excited to recieve but disappointed. One honest feedback is , the noise is not happening if connected to my HP laptop but present when connected to mobile phones. I tested with 4 different mobile phones and same noise. The heating problem present on both laptop and mobile phones
