In case you receive the HiFiMAN - Headphone Travel Case with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. Premium hard case

The headphone case is made very well. Its a hard shell case with a soft-to-touch rubber on the upper layer. The case comes with small velcro pouch, you can attach it anywhere inside the case. This case has enough space for the HIFIMAN Sundara, although I have to unplug the cables from the headphone and keep them in separately in the case. I would have given them 5 stars if HFIMAN would have had solved this, but still this is a great headphone case.

Sturdy Case

The look and feel of the case as well as the materials used inspire confidence. However, I do believe Hifiman should have provided this case freely with their headphones starting from Sundara. Buying a 26k headphone and later spending 3.4k on a case for it is not an ideal scenario. I also am unsure about this case fitting larger Hifiman headphones like Hifiman Ananda and Arya. This perfectly fits my Hifiman Sundara, however.

Good one

It's really a nice case, my headphones aren't Hifimans' but it still fits perfectly fine. Though I have to detach the cables, I feel it's fine as I mostly keep my headphones in stand, and use carry case only when travelling.

I have tried with the following headphones,
1. Sony Z1R
2. Sennheiser HD660s
