In case you receive the FiiO - M15S with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

With the implementation of the dual power supply modes onto the M15S with its more ergonomic design, the M15S is the ideal combination of portability and high performance.

The latest and greatest desktop ES9038PRO DAC chip with eight independent D/A converters is employed in the M15S. Each channel uses four D/A converters in parallel to form a fully differential output for a rich and highly resolving sound. The FiiO M15S supports up to 384kHz-32bit and DSD256 (Direct Stream Digital) natively and supports global 8X MQA decoding.

Exceptional Power Output With Five Gain-Level Settings

The FiiO M15S offers five-level gain settings allowing you to switch between low, medium, high, and over-ear headphone gain settings when using battery power. The enhanced over-ear headphone gain level is also available; when it is under USB power mode, enabling undistorted power output up to 1200mW per channel, enough to drive a wide variety of IEMs and headphones.

FiiO has incorporated a Graphene heat dissipation technology into the M15S to provide cooling for consistent high-power output. Advanced and highly efficient heat dissipation design allows the M15S to maintain stable temperatures and continuously deliver high power output. The M15S has a dedicated metal shield, graphene, and high thermal conductivity silica gel over hotspots for maximum heat dissipation. To shield from interference as much as possible, the M15S employs a nickel-copper shield. 

Multi-Stage Audio Circuit Fused With Crystal Oscillators

The M15S features a multi-stage audio circuit with IV, LPF, gain adjustment and amplifier sections. High-precision and low-noise film resistors ensure more accurate signal reproduction and channel balance. The Panasonic low-loss metallised film capacitors guarantee extremely low harmonic and phase distortion within the LPF part of the circuit. Audio data is passed through a FiiO-developed 4th-gen FPGA with phase-locked loop technology, which works with two custom Japanese NDK femtosecond crystal oscillators to provide a high-precision and low-jitter unified clock source for the entire audio architecture. This design architecture is all done in the pursuit of purer sound.

All in all, the FiiO M15S is a remarkable player that manages to build upon the already impressive foundation laid by the M15. great build quality and lovely UI, nice bundle with a great case.
The FiiO M15S is an excellent mid-tier DAP that covers both the IEM and headphone bases very nicely with very good output power and a much improved tonal balance from the original M15.
Faster System-on-Chip and larger RAM memory made it so much snappier, Fast and punchy sounding, a transient response beast at this price point, Wide Bluetooth coverage and codec support.
The design is elegant while still being in line with the brand's overall aesthetic, it is lag-free in daily use, has a clean Android interface with useful customizations to get the most out of your audio gear, and delivers decent battery life.
