Work with entertainment! perfect thing which i need

After covid-19 our life changes a lot. Online meeting, conferences, webinar, even online classes became new normals. In this situation a good headphone with mic is necessary for doing work flawlessly and this headphone has everything which i needed.
1) audio is very good crystal clear sound without additional noise
2)mic is also very good with good noise cancellation
3)not only as a telecommunication device but you can also enjoy songs/music in this after all it is Sennheiser.
the only problem is it cannot be connected in mobile/ipad because it has usb port for connection. but it is not meant for mobile so this is not someting one could expect from this headphone.
finally, thanks to headphone zone and bluedart for their service and ontime delivery. I am fully satisfied with the product highly reccomended for students and working professionals you wont regret it.

Value for money USB headset

I was using Microsoft lifechat and Logitech USB headsets earlier. Those were good and wanted a cheaper alternative, couldn't find any. I saw this minimal feature one of a reputed brand like Sennheiser - PC 8 USB and I am very satisfied with value I got for the money I have spent. Noise cancelling feature works satisfactorily as well.

Good product wires are flimsy for regular use

It is good build, but for some reason it’s not connecting well with teams and I need to manually mute and unmute the call in teams it’s not in sync with hardware button on the headset, can you please let me know if this is a defective product and can get replacement.
