In case you receive the Effect Audio - Vogue Series with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession

A very good buy

It's my 1st cable experiment. Needed to try balanced sound with my Solaris. Went for this branded yet reasonably priced copper cable with 2.5 balanced end. Fit and finish good but the cable are tad thinner than expected. Sounds amazing. It's now a permanent replacement on my Solaris. Also appreciate the new touch from hpz with spotify playlist cards.

Really I m very big fan of Effect Audio Vogue Series cable. I tried lot of 2.5mm cable but I never experienced like Effect Audio Vogue Series cable.
Present and particularly I brought this Effect Audio Vogue Series 2.5mn mmcx cable for Sony XBA Z5 IEM. I never experienced before like sounding. IT OUT treable totally controlled one. Bass is also so punchy. After buying this Effect Audio Vogue Series cable every use im using this one only. Present my music combination is Effect Audio Vogue Series 2.5mm mmcx cable + Sony XBA Z5 IEM +iBasso USB DC01 for listening music this combination is ultimate. I never experienced with other Balnced cables like this. It is very comfortable for wearing. Im trying a lot since long ago for my Sony XBA Z5 IEM balnced cable , when I was called to help regarding this to headphone zone headphone guru, He advised me this Effect Audio Vogue Series. Once again thanks a lot to providing me so precious one.
