In case you receive the Beyerdynamic - DT 700 PRO X with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. Beyerdynamic DT 700 PRO X headphones

These are my first impressions after just four days of receiving the headphones :
I am nowhere close to being an audiophile, to start with, so my comments may seem amateurish to most folks.
First up, I read up a bit about "burn in", but wasn't convinced about it, so I have pretty much started using the 'phones right out of the box.
The cons, first :
They are quite hefty, and sit heavily on my head. It tires me out after an hour or so.
That's the ONLY con, heh
The pros :
The sound is quite neutral, the way I like it.
It was a treat listening to anything I threw at them. They seem to handle all genres, rock, pop, jazz, classical, etc. with equal ease.
When I paired them with the iBasso DC 5 dac, even my cellphone seems to come alive.
I have tried them through my Scarlett Solo soundcard hooked up to my laptop, and I completely lost myself for an hour. Exceptional quality.
The 'phones are very sturdy, built like a tank, and should last me for a decade!
I shall update this after a few months more.
PS : Shoutout to Karan Soni, who helped me narrow down my choice.
I am very happy, not just with the 'phones, but also with Headphonezone's service.

A great product, as expected!

I have been using Audio Technica ATH M50X for last 6 years, and they finally gave up 2 weeks back. And then I decided to buy the DT 700 PRO X (because I on the lookout for good closed back headphones), I had plans plans to buy this pair from quite some time, but waited until my M50X gave up.

From my initial usage, I really loved the following -
- Overall sound quality and the sound stage.
- Comfort, specially the ear cups.
- The cables and quarter inch jack in the box are of great quality as well.

I am using this with my Komplete Audio 2 interface, and I can feel the drastic improvement in overall quality of audio from my previous headphones.

Overall a great pair of headphones, and can be easily my recommendation. I will share more details after some decent usage of maybe a month or two.

And yes, in the end the service and delivery from Headphonezone was very prompt, kudos for that as well!
