In case you receive the Audio-Technica - ATH-AD500X with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. DURABLE EARPADS, QUALITY CABLES, AND BUNDLED WITH ACCESSORIES IN THE BOX

The soft fabric-lined earpads are comfortable for extended listening and the “self-adjusting 3D wing support” as Audio-Technica names it, provides resistance to keep the cans on your head. The earpads provide exceptional comfort that elevates the listening experience tenfolds. The single-sided OFC (oxygen-free copper) cable with an elastic TPE covering is provided to prevent tangling, and it is a considerate addition. This equipped cable is exceptionally long – almost 10 feet. This feature is often overlooked but is an advantage for home use when you want to sit back while listening to some nice tunes. Even if you plug it into your entertainment setup, the cable will allow you to go to your couch. A stereo 1/8″ (3.5mm) connector with a 1/4″ (6.3mm) adaptor in gold plating is included in the box to get you started.

Open Soundstage Airy Imaging Clarity

Headphone Zone should not give limited time window to submit a review. Enough time should be given for burn-in of the headphone, after which, one might be better able to review the product.

This headphone is an audiophile grade product. Which means, any expectation of this having low rumbling sub-bass and reverb may not be fulfilled.
Mid-bass is tight and crisp.
Vocals are clear and have enough heft, though it may lack the body compared to the competition.
Highs are the high note of this headphones. Though sometimes, in my opinion they lack the shimmer and timbre, however, it heavenly reproduces the signals extremely fatigue free. Which is a plus point for long listening sessions.

Go ahead you guys. Great product for a great price to experience a very good audiophile open back headphone.
